Where are the Hikers at that give you stuff for spheres in the Sinnoh Underground on Diamond/Pearl?

I can never find them. Do you know of a image or something that has a map of the Underground and their locations marked?

they are just scattered throught out the underground. i think there is one around the area where you enter the underground around eterna city, enter the area right around the underground man’s house.

and there is a map of the underground on the top screen of the ds when you go under, but it doesn’t have their locations marked.
