What exercises will help me lose weight? I weigh 133 and I am 5′3?
I am 16. I have ran 2 marathons, hiked Mount Whitney, and just about every other Mountain in Southern California, but i dont lose weight and i have already asked a million questions but i need to know what other exercises will help me? I am desperate and i want to do everything the proper way. No stupid crash diets.
First you should check your diet. It doesn’t matter how much exercise you get, if you still eat more than you burn you won’t lose weight. Starving yourself doesn’t work either.
You should augment your muscle mass. That’s a sure way to lose excess fat. Muscles consume calories even when you don’t formally exercise them, so the bigger they are, the more calories your body will consume naturally.
